***CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE-ISH***. If you /really/ want a physical copy, you can feel free to place an order--but be aware that Emily has to find the time to fold the liner/case and that a digital download burned to a CD is free. Only order if you are exceedingly patient, and well-off.

We hand- print, fold, glue, and bleed on each and every one of these CDs.
Well okay, we generally wipe the blood off before we send it to you.
If you're special, which we're sure you are, you'll probably get a personalized note/thank you/booty call in your copy. Request one to be sure! But maybe think about how much time it takes Emily to pen one of those things and pay accordingly. Shipping is not included in base price, but is also pretty negligible.
Anyhow, everyone else already has one... can't fall too behind the times! Order now, and in a few short weeks you can be holding this EP in your own two hands. It's a pretty magical experience, if we do say so ourselves.

about

The flagship song of this humble project, one could call this the single:
It is about victimhood. And story. And a young woman who awakes to find herself in a grove, defenses and expectations shattered, the world around her tinged a hue she hadn't previously known.
There are many speaking voices, but the major one after the Young Woman is the Tree of Vermin--those teachers (willing or unnwilling) that guide us victims through with their fable.
There is a Wolf who never speaks. He is palpable, but not tangible--a ghost. You can spy him in the art as well. He is the truth of the fact. He is the manifestation of the catalyst of your (hers? my? our?) suffering. It's not his fault. He's always been there. He is no fiction.
And then there's the high part, seeing as the young woman needed a damn good cry.
Finally, we learn of the battle of old. Listen on, to the tree of vermin, to this testament to life, this story of suffering, to four hearts beating in time, and try to feel it a little bit like a fairy tale.

lyrics

Mm, that garden left me cold:
lost within those leaves of gold
& in that garden of elvin folk,
tree of vermin & old tongues spoke

Of that garden’s long lost lore—
Of the great and holy war
Aand in that garden
neath the
trees:
I—
I-ye-ai—
I lost
I lost my soul… soooouuuul! x3

Mm—in that garden, you left me cold:
lying naked, dying, and growing
o-oo-oold
Oh in that garden, I lost my soul!
