Shipping Info
Shipping is hard and slow! Please be patient as we navigate what it looks like to sell an album, and trust that it will definitely be in the mail to you eventually. Average no-hitch turnaround time is about two weeks on most CDs, and--if you live in the US--it's just a few days to ship. Please feel free to check back with this page often as we streamline our shipping method and--in the meantime--feel free to write phenomena.boulder@gmail.com with any questions about your order.
Return Policy
We hope you don't need to return things! But if you've navigated here, it's safe to assume you might need to.
If you've ordered a personalized CD, it's been personalized. I don't want it back. Give it to a transient or leave it at a radio station--if you need the money back, you can email phenomena.boulder@gmail.com and ask very nicely in an email that includes your personal information (e.g. Name, Address, last few bits of credit card info or Paypal, Your Secret Longings) and what you've done with the CD you didn't want.
If you've ordered a Standard Unfriendly CD, email phenomena.boulder@gmail.com to ask /very/ nicely for a refund, making sure to include your personal information and what you've done with the CD you didn't want.
You can also email the above address with any sort of pre-return comments, such as "This album startled me! And I'm not sure I want it." or "This came broken and I want a new one." We make no guarantees as to the level of silliness you may receive in response, but we'll probably write back anyhow, and we'll be sure to do so to effective ends.
